Pre-Planning Advisor, Dignity Memorial
Dec 2019 – Present
Meet Tee
Not all pre-planning advisors are the same. Make sure you are working with a sales advisor who is knowledgeable about the industry and who cares about your needs above sales quotas.
Every day I see the impacts of preplans – or a lack of plans – on families on the hardest day of their lives. I’m honored to serve as a pre-planning advisor and help protect your loved ones in a very meaningful way.
My focus is on YOU.
My goal is your goal.
Provide final arrangements consultation to families for funeral, cremation, and cemetery; represent 15 Dignity Memorial locations in Central Florida and the Neptune Memorial Reef; provide veterans benefits consultations; and provide on-call preneed services for families facing an imminent loss. Provide aftercare services and resources to families.
Provide community education by seeking opportunities for tabling, collaborations, and presentations. Develop community relationships with senior-serving professionals. Continually seek opportunities for professional development in sales, funeral industry, serving seniors, and other relevant competencies.
A personal focus is to provide intentional service to LGBTQIA+ and diverse Religious, Secular, and Spiritual Identities. The conversation about deathcare can be difficult and everyone deserves an affirming, safe space for pre-planning.
